Lebanese Meatballs~ you will instantly fall in love with these tender beef meatballs with tons of fresh herbs, aromatic spices and tangy goat cheese. Lightly spiced meatballs are usually the ones we make over and over again. This time, try something quite different with a Middle Eastern touch. Enjoy these meatballs with garlic sauce and hummus. For these meatballs, I added a little extra ingredients including cinnamon, cumin, allspice..... Cinnamon can be substituted for cardamom if it is unavailable. I love the exotic combination of spices in these meatballs. Always remember to try the garlic sauce recipe as it complements beautifully with these beef meatballs.
