Chandan Kabab (Beef + Chicken)

This is a very delicious easy and mouthwatering recipe of home-made soft Chandan kababs. Chandan kababs are made with a combination of ground beef and chicken, some spices and loads of fresh herbs. To achieve the goal of making soft kababs, we use Beef with 25% fat and Chicken thighs. A combination of meats always gives soft & tender kababs. Chandan kababs are a flavorful twist to our regular Seekh kababs. Enjoy these scrumptious kababs in rolls or with Naan and mint coriander chutney.
