Multigrain Bread

Multigrain bread is a very flavorful bread. It's made with 2 types of flour (all-purpose and wheat) and 3 types of seeds (sunflower, flax & sesame). It has a very soft and tender interior. Delicious on its own or topped with butter and cheese. Make a great toast which is just perfect for sandwiches. It is better to soak the seeds overnight for maximum hydration. This process softens the seeds and avoids the baked bread to become stale due to absorption of moisture. You can also use seeds of your own choice like oats, walnuts etc. This multigrain bread is soft and fluffy like regular white sandwich bread, yet has a hearty and satisfying flavor. Either the instant or active dry yeast can be used for this recipe. You can even turn this dough into multigrain rolls. Slightly nutty, this multigrain bread is earthly satisfying in flavor and close to whole-wheat bread. This wholesome bread is wonderfully soft without being flimsy.
